"Taegan Gandolfi is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping people develop a healthier relationship with food. Her own struggles with weight and a negative relationship with food sparked her interest in nutrition. Taegan realized that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition, and that diets should be tailored to fit a person's lifestyle. She strives to help individuals understand that there are no good or bad foods, only moderation."
