I'm passionate about the outdoors, whether it's running on roads or trails, relaxing by the pool, or actively supporting my four children at their sports events. My interest in nutrition sparked in my sophomore year at Miami University, where, as a Division I distance swimmer, I learned the critical role of nutrition in performance. I hold a BS in Dietetics and Health Appraisal/Enhancement from Miami University. With 24 years of diverse experience, I possess a range of tools to help clients address their unique needs, from balanced nutrition and physical activity to mindful eating and beyond. Sharing my knowledge and experiences is my passion, and I'm excited about the opportunity to work with you.
