Sophie has been a Registered dietitian nutritionist coach for over 12 years, Certified personal trainer thru ACSM for over 6 years, and

International Board Certified Lactation Consultant for over 2 years. Sophie received her Bachelor of Science from UCLA

and her Master of Public Health Nutrition from Loma Linda University. Sophie was born in Hong Kong and moved to the US when she was 14. Sophie studied abroad in Spain, Peru, Mexico, and Argentina for a year. Sophie speaks Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Mandarin, and Spanish. Sophie loves to travel and she enjoys serving people with nutrition globally, especially in developing countries.
