"My philosophy is against traditional dieting and leans towards an intuitive eating approach, encouraging patients to listen to their bodies' cues and make choices aligned with their goals while still embracing flexibility and pleasure in eating. I firmly believe that intuitive eating is indeed the true path to sustainable lifestyle changes. It promotes a positive relationship with food, fosters a healthier mindset, and empowers patients to make choices that support their well-being long term."
