Background

I am Sandia Waller, PhD.RDN.LMT. and I received my doctorate in nutrition and food science with minor in biopsychology from Wayne State University.  I have been in the field of nutrition and wellness for the last 30 years and am passionate about UPFs (ultra-processed foods).  My practice areas have included patient care in bariatrics, night eating, cardiac health, food addiction, and diabetes. I have been recognized with an award for national clinical excellence. My expectations for my clients are commitment to do what it takes to attain their health goals. If they are committed to their goals, then I am committed to helping them get there. For fun I have been found at Farmers Market running booths where I sell Kale chips and nourishing moisturizers from my MOISTURE SKINCARE company.
