Hi, I’m Rebecca! My interest in nutrition began in high school when I started cooking healthy recipes for my family and friends. I attended Cornell University and received my Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and then completed my Master of Science in Nutrition and dietetic internship at Tufts University/Tufts Medical Center. Over the past two years, I have worked as a clinical dietitian at Massachusetts General Hospital covering General Medicine, Cardiology, and Oncology. In my free time, I love running, reading, exploring New England, and experimenting in the kitchen.
I believe that a healthy relationship with food is the foundation for creating sustainable behavior change. Together, we will work on improving your relationship with food and establishing long-term habits to help you accomplish your goals. I look forward to working with you!
"I aim to help my clients rediscover the fun and joy of food, while also providing them with tools to bring them closer to their nutrition goals. My focus is on helping clients improve their relationship with food in order to create sustainable behavior change. When working with me, you can expect to receive creative and exciting meal ideas, evidence-based nutrition information, and guidance for long-lasting success."
