Hi, I’m Paige, a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Public Health from Tulane University and the founder of Root Nutrition. Originally from Texas and New Orleans, I moved to San Francisco to complete my dietetic internship at the University of California. With 7 years of experience in corporate settings like EA Sports, Google, and One Medical, I’ve helped busy professionals achieve their health goals. Additionally, I spent 3 years at a longevity clinic, supporting clients in reducing long-term disease risks and enhancing their quality of life. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with personalized care to meet each client’s unique needs.
I believe in making healthy changes practical and enjoyable, drawing on my experience teaching cooking classes and developing balanced recipes. Whether it’s tips, recipe ideas, or easy food swaps, I focus on the 'how' of building sustainable habits. Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new culinary delights in San Francisco and spending time outdoors with my rescue pup, Porcini. I’m excited to partner with you on your journey to wellness.
