I’m Natalie Keith, Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. My interest in pursuing a career as a dietitian began with a curiosity to understand how to care for my body from something that I do everyday, eating! Anyone who knows me, knows I really love food. The two aligned I graduated with my Masters degree in 2015 from Loma Linda University. Food has always been a passion of mine. I grew up with an adventurous palette, a joy for cooking, and a deep appreciation for food that continues to exist today. Though, intertwined in my story remains points where I lost my connection to a healthy relationship to food. The clients I work with are one in the same. Tired of feeling consumed, confused with food, and longing to feel at peace with their body. My entire career as a dietitian has been dedicated to helping people who struggle with disordered eating and eating disorders. For the past 8 years, I have worked with people at PHP/IOP treatment centers or individually on an outpatient basis. I live for helping people to end their mental war with food, shift from body conscious to body accepting, and learn how to nurture a heathy and caring relationship with themselves.
