Hi, I'm Meghan, a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping people improve their health through realistic, sustainable nutrition. My career has taken me through maternal and fetal nutrition, breastfeeding and postpartum care, community health, local farm to table food systems, sports nutrition, and kidney disease management. This diverse background allows me to meet clients wherever they are in their health journey and create personalized strategies that fit their unique needs and goals.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and my master's degree in Nutrition, but some of my most valuable lessons have come from applying nutrition in real life. Before becoming the athlete I am today, I lost 70 pounds through sustainable changes in nutrition and exercise and have maintained that weight loss for more than five years. That experience deepened my understanding of how challenging behavior change can be—and how life-changing it can feel when you find an approach that truly works. Today, I'm a competitive Masters Olympic weightlifter, natural bodybuilder, and farmer who understands firsthand the realities of balancing health, work, family, and everyday life.
When we work together, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment focused on education, empowerment, and practical solutions. I don't believe in perfection, rigid rules, or one-size-fits-all nutrition plans. Whether you're looking to improve kidney health, manage a chronic condition, lose weight, build strength, improve athletic performance, or simply feel better in your body, we'll work together to create a plan that fits your life.
What I love most about being a dietitian is watching people discover that they have more control over their health than they realize. Nutrition can be a powerful tool, and I am passionate about helping clients build confidence, develop lasting habits, and improve their health, performance, and quality of life.
I help people cut through nutrition confusion and build a healthier life with confidence. With 15+ years of experience across maternal health, sports nutrition, community wellness, and renal care, I take an individualized approach that meets you where you are. As a competitive athlete and farmer, I value both science and practicality. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to create lasting changes that feel achievable, enjoyable, and uniquely yours.
