I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Health Psychology. My background includes extensive work in women’s health, supporting women through complex pregnancies, gestational diabetes, and postpartum breastfeeding nutrition education. This experience has deepened my understanding of personalized nutrition care during significant life transitions.
Currently, I specialize in obesity and weight management, focusing on bariatric and metabolic surgery and weight loss medications. This specialty also involves managing related conditions such as pre-diabetes, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and GERD. My approach is personalized and evidence-based, helping clients achieve lasting health improvements.
Beyond nutrition, I am passionate about the ocean. Scuba diving and ocean conservation are important parts of my life, grounding me and reminding me of the value of long-term stewardship—values I bring into my nutrition practice.
My drive as an RD comes from a deep desire to empower clients with sustainable, science-backed strategies that transform their health and well-being. I am committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that supports clients at every stage of their journey.
"With a background in Health Psychology, I focus on promoting sustainable behavior change through personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance. I tailor support to each unique journey, believing small, meaningful changes create lasting impact. My sessions blend science with empathy, empowering clients to build sustainable habits and reach their goals in a supportive, judgment-free space."
