Background

I’ve always been fascinated by how food influences every part of our well-being—from energy and mood to hormones and longevity. That curiosity led me to earn my Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Arizona University and my Master of Science from Viterbo University, where I focused on integrative and functional approaches to nutrition.

My philosophy is rooted in balance and personalization. I love helping clients understand how their bodies work, explore the “why” behind their symptoms, and find practical ways to support healing through nutrition and lifestyle.

Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m creating. Whether that’s testing new recipes, painting, gardening, or planning my next outdoor adventure. I live in Arizona with my husband and our dog, and I’m constantly inspired by the desert’s calm, grounding energy.

I truly love what I do and feel grateful to walk alongside clients as they discover what feeling their best really means.

Approach

I’m passionate about helping people create a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. I believe nutrition should feel empowering, not restrictive, and I love guiding clients toward balanced habits that support both their health and happiness. My approach blends functional and integrative nutrition with practical, real-life strategies. I work with clients on everything from weight management and hormone balance to digestive health and metabolic support.
