Hi, I'm Lontin Ho — a bilingual clinical and consulting dietitian (English & Cantonese) with a deep passion for supporting individuals through evidence-based nutrition therapy. I specialize in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with a strong focus on both mental health and post-acute clinical care. Whether I'm working in a long-term acute care hospital, skilled nursing facility, or remotely supporting clients with anxiety, depression, or disordered eating, I’m committed to creating holistic, personalized nutrition plans.
My background spans clinical settings including Monrovia Memorial Hospital, Psychiatric Facilities, Nursing Homes, and Kindred Hospital, where I help improve patients quality of living with food and manage acute/chronic diseases through nutrition. I’ve also developed culinary nutrition plans with Temple Meals and supported interdisciplinary teams to deliver whole-person care.
I hold degrees in Nutritional Science and Accounting and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Marketing. You can expect a compassionate, science-driven approach when working with me. I believe food is not only fuel but also a powerful tool for healing and empowerment.
Let’s work together to build sustainable nutrition habits that meet your unique goals!
"I turn complex nutrition into clear, actionable stepsβfusing clinical depth with curiosity, culture, and a touch of strategy. My work bridges science and story, helping clients not just eat better but think differently about food. Whether itβs chronic care or mindset shifts, I design care thatβs personal, practical, and built to stick."
