Hello! I’m Lisa. About me personally, I’m a wife, a middle sister, a dog lover, and a proud mother of a beautiful, miracle daughter. I love everything food-related, except cilantro. I enjoy gardening, yoga, and skiing. I’m a science nerd, especially when it comes to nutrition.
For the past sixteen years, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals transform their health through evidence-based, compassionate nutrition care. A registered dietitian nutritionist with a master of science degree in nutrition and certified health and wellbeing coach, I provide medical nutrition therapy and customized food plans for a wide range of conditions, including gastrointestinal disorders, cancer, all stages of kidney disease, pre-diabetes, specializing in sports nutrition, infertility, prenatal and maternal health. My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves access to clear, personalized nutrition guidance delivered in an inclusive, non-judgmental, and deeply supportive environment.
With a strong clinical foundation and a coaching style that emphasizes empowerment, I help clients understand the “why” behind their nutritional needs and support them in creating sustainable, meaningful change. I can translate complex science into practical strategies—whether helping someone manage IBS symptoms through targeted nutrition, guiding an athlete in optimizing performance and recovery, or supporting a new parent in nourishing both themselves and their growing family.
In my work with chronic and complex health conditions,I prioritize a holistic approach, incorporating the latest research in medical nutrition therapy, and referring out to alternative healthcare teams when necessary to ensure safe, effective, and individualized recommendations. My experience spans hospital, outpatient, and coaching settings, allowing for a broad understanding of diverse medical needs and the real-life challenges people face when navigating dietary changes.
As a certified health and wellbeing coach, I blend motivational interviewing, behavior-change science, and empathetic listening to help clients build confidence and self-trust. I promote a philosophy where health is measured, not just by numbers, but progress toward their goals.
I’m especially passionate about creating a welcoming space for all identities, backgrounds, and body types. My practice is grounded in respect, cultural sensitivity, and the recognition that each individual’s relationship with food is shaped by unique experiences. I strive to meet clients exactly where they are—without judgment—and guide them toward where they want to be.
Whether supporting someone newly diagnosed with a medical condition, helping to prevent disease progression, or working with clients driven by curiosity and wellness goals, I am committed to partnering with individuals on their journey toward improved health and desired outcomes.
With 16 years’ experience as an RDN and certified health coach, I deliver evidence-based nutrition care for a variety of complex medical conditions, sports, fertility, and maternal health. I translate complex science into practical strategies, empower sustainable change, and provide inclusive, personalized guidance toward improved health and desired outcomes.
