I'm a Registered Dietitian of 10 years that specializes in working in whole-food plant-based nutrition, weight management, eating disorders, GI health, and sports nutrition. I am also a certified personal trainer, run coach, nutrition coach, and certified in plant-based nutrition from T. Colin Campbell's Center for Nutrition Studies. I have worked with an outpatient eating disorder team, struggled with my own disordered eating, worked with plant-based endurance athletes, and those looking to transition to plant-based for health, weight loss, or performance. I want to help you to find a good relationship with food to fuel your body for your health, sport, and life! I am also an avid marathon/ultra runner, triathlete, and hiker, dog lover, and love to cook vegan food for friends and family!
