Hi! I’m Kathy, a plant-based dietitian here to help you navigate the often-confusing world of nutrition with science-backed strategy and real-world simplicity. I work with individuals and families who want to optimize their health but feel bogged down by the noise of modern diet culture.

In my practice, I frequently meet clients who are stuck in the trenches of food stress:

My goal is to show you that health is built on consistency, not perfection. I specialize in making plant-based foods appealing to kids and straightforward for busy adults. Because I manage a busy household with my husband and daughter, I understand that if a nutrition plan isn't practical, it won't last. We live a joyful plant-based lifestyle, meeting everyday challenges and social gatherings with creativity and flexibility.

Outside of the nutrition world, I recharge by practicing and teaching yoga, getting outdoors, and continually learning and growing.
