Hi, I'm Karmon, a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience. I specialize in the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart and kidney diseases. My approach is evidence-based with practical education centered around you.
My interest in the science of food and well-being started at a young age when my father was diagnosed with diabetes and given a 1200 calorie diet to follow (not very practical for a 6' 3" guy!) From that experience I learned that healthy eating is part of living a life joyfully - not the latest fad diet that is hard to maintain.
