I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience and a Master's in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. I've worked in various medical settings, covering a wide range of nutritional needs. I believe in practical, sustainable nutrition to fit your health goals. As a member of the American Dietetic Association with multiple certifications, I offer comprehensive care to my clients.
Outside work, I enjoy an active Colorado lifestyle, taking advantage of the open spaces for hiking, paddleboarding, and snowshoeing. I'm pursuing sommelier training, which complements my approach to nutrition and health.
