My friends would describe me as empathetic and approachable, with a knack for making others feel comfortable. They would also tell you I'm not your typical nutritionist; I believe in living a healthy, but balanced lifestyle, which for me includes the occasional donut…and obviously chips and salsa!
I love kids and dogs, and enjoy camping, reading, live music, and making people laugh. I believe that sleep, nutrition, exercise, strong connections with loved ones, and having something you're passionate about are all vital for overall health and happiness.
