Hi! My name is Jill Blinsky MS, RD and I am excited to have the oppurtunity to work with you!

My mission is to help you enhance your health and quality of life by developing an individualized nutrion plan based on your lifestyle and goals. I customize everything for you including meal plans, grocery shopping, and meal prep to make your goals achievable.

I have personally navigated restrictive and fad diets that do not work long term. This, along with my education and experience allows me to tailor a program that meets your specific needs in a non-judgmental and safe environment.

I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition from Youngstown State University and a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Kent State University. My professional experience includes nutrition coaching for weight loss, bariatric surgery, weight loss medications, diabetes, and high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, traveling, and my fur baby!

I look forward to partnering with you and seeing you reach your goals.
