I am a dietitian specialized in diabetes and kidney health. I enjoy getting to know people one-on-one to best get to know their lifestyle so that I can make smart and obtainable recommendations. I do not want to provide strict diets or large changes dietary changes since that is not very successful in the long term. For myself, I enjoy taking my dog, Rocky on walks and hikes to get myself off the computer from charting on patients all day and I enjoy finding new simple and easy recipes to try so that I can recommend them to my patients.
