I’m a registered, licensed dietitian with over 10 years of experience across a broad spectrum of clinical and outpatient settings. My career began in the hospital environment, where I specialized in managing adult chronic conditions including renal failure, liver disease, heart disease, and diabetes. This experience gave me a strong foundation in complex medical nutrition therapy and the role nutrition plays in long-term health management.
My path then led me to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where I provided specialized nutrition care for premature and medically fragile infants. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for supporting individuals and families through the critical life stages of pregnancy, lactation, and early childhood.
Since transitioning out of the hospital setting, I’ve provided individualized medical nutrition therapy for clients of all ages, from infants to older adults, across a wide range of diagnoses. My approach is always evidence-based, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
"As a Registered Dietitian, my approach is rooted in empowerment, collaboration, and sustainability. I believe that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, and meaningful change starts with understanding—both your own body and the principles that support long-term health. My role is to help you build the knowledge base and confidence needed to make informed decisions, not just for now, but for the rest of your life."
