Emily Spurlock, RD

Emily's interest in nutrition started in the 6th grade when her mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. This fueled Emily's interest in health, preventative medicine, and nutrition. Emily's 15 years of training in nutrition can support clients in a variety of conditions such as weight management, diabetes, gut health, autoimmune conditions, sports performance, and general health and disease prevention. Emily's true passion is weight management.

Emily believes in helping her clients achieve a simplified and sustainable approach to nutrition that easily allows them to reach health goals.

Emily graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, rafting or fishing, gardening, going to CrossFit, or hanging out with her dog, Maddie.
