Hi there, I’m Emily Silsby, a Registered Dietitian with nearly two decades of experience helping people make sense of food and feel better in their bodies. I don’t believe in strict rules or guilt, and I’m not here to tell you what to eat. I’m here to help you figure out what your body needs and make sustainable changes that actually fit your life.
I’ve worked across hospitals, private practice, community programs, and long-term care, which means I’ve seen how nutrition can truly impact health—whether it’s managing GI issues, navigating diabetes, or just trying to get through the day without feeling exhausted and frustrated by food. I bring all of that perspective into every session, keeping it science-based, realistic, and judgment-free.
World traveler, hiking enthusiast, and avid taste-tester of the latest health food products. I’m always exploring new cultures, trails, and trends in wellness. I’m direct but supportive, and I care deeply about helping people feel good in their bodies—whatever that looks like for them.
If you're looking for real-life strategies, honest conversation, and support that doesn’t feel scripted, you’re in the right place. I’d love to work with you.
