Hi! My name is Alexandria, and I’m a registered dietitian based in Beverly Hills. My journey into dietetics began with my own weight loss story, where I lost 100 lbs. This transformation motivated me to return to college after dropping out, igniting my desire to share the newfound vitality I experienced.
My weight loss journey also led to my first business, Hundred Down, a meal prep company that I proudly ran for five years. However, I recently made the bold decision to advance my career by working at the number one hospital in the nation.
As a clinical dietitian with nearly three years of experience, my passion for nutrition has only deepened. Working in critical care has shown me the severe impact of disease and reinforced my commitment to helping others improve their health. I believe nutrition is preventative medicine that can enhance or complicate health conditions, and I’m dedicated to helping you achieve longevity and well-being in your life.
