If you’re tired of dieting, feeling overwhelmed by nutrition advice online, or struggling to create healthy habits that actually last, you’re not alone. My goal is to help clients build a realistic, sustainable approach to nutrition that supports their health goals without feeling restrictive or overwhelming.
I specialize in weight management, bariatric nutrition, metabolic health, and sustainable lifestyle change. I work with clients looking to lose weight, improve their relationship with food, increase energy, support body composition goals, and build healthier long-term habits. Many of my clients also struggle with emotional eating, busy schedules, inconsistent routines, or feeling stuck after years of chronic dieting.
My counseling style is supportive, personalized, and judgment-free. Together, we focus on creating balanced nutrition habits that fit your real life — including family life, work schedules, travel, social events, and the foods you enjoy. I believe nutrition should feel practical and empowering, not all-or-nothing.
I earned my Master’s degree in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. My educational background also includes biomedical sciences, nutrition, and allied health sciences. I stay current with ongoing continuing education and evidence-based nutrition research to provide clients with up-to-date, individualized care.
My passion for nutrition is both professional and personal. Growing up, I watched my dad improve his health and diabetes management through lifestyle and dietary changes, which first inspired my interest in nutrition. I’ve also experienced my own weight loss and postpartum health journey, giving me a realistic understanding of the challenges that come with building sustainable habits during different stages of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy recipe development, hiking, traveling, nutrition research, spending time with my husband and 2-year-old daughter, and making homemade wine. I love helping clients find balance with nutrition while still fully enjoying life.
My approach focuses on helping you build sustainable nutrition habits that last—without restrictive dieting or overwhelm. Together we simplify nutrition, improve consistency, and support realistic changes around meals, cravings, and energy. Everything is personalized to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals so you can feel more confident and in control with food, without constantly starting over.
