I have a passion for helping people discover the power of food to support a healthy, fulfilling life. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois and went on to complete my Master's in Nutrition and Food Management. Over my 15 years of experience, I have worked in a wide range of nutrition settings supporting people with chronic kidney disease, diabetes, heart disease and other chronic conditions.
My approach is grounded in compassion, balance and education. I take the time to truly get to know you- your goals, challenges and daily routine so we can create an individualized, sustainable nutrition plan that is not a one-size-fits all approach.
I believe food should nourish the mind and body. I strive to help people use food as medicine while still embracing enjoyment and flexibility- because balance is key to lifelong wellness.
Outside of work, you'll find me trying new recipes, enjoying the outdoors or exploring new hiking trails with my family. I bring that same sense of curiosity and energy to my work, always motivated to help others feel their best!
"I believe that lasting nutrition change starts with understanding each person's unique story. My philosophy is that change comes from personalized small, consistent steps. My approach is to provide compassionate guidance, practical tools and lasting habits- for feeling your best, inside and out!"
