I am a native Southern Californian and my passion for nutrition began in my teens when I first learned how nutrients could impact health.
My credentials include:
■ Master’s degree in Nutritional Science from California State University, Long Beach
■ Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
■ Board Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management
■ Actively working toward certification as a Clinical Lipid Specialist
■ Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
■ Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)
■ Past-President, Nominating Committee Chair, and current Education Chair for CAND, Orange District
■ Adjunct Faculty at Saddleback College
I enjoy all foods and believe my clients can have success in improving their health without being overly restrictive. When I’m not teaching or working with clients, I can often be found at any of the Disney theme parks, both in California and Florida!
