I am a dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with more than five years experience in the field. My passion lies in working 1:1 with clients to help them achieve their health and nutrition goals. In addition to individual consultations, I lead support groups and culinary medicine programs within the community, fostering a holistic approach to health and wellness. My commitment to education extends to teaching public health nutrition to graduate students at a local university, where I strive to inspire the next generation of nutrition professionals.
