Background
I’m Asia Rosso, a Functional Dietitian born in Italy and based in New York, guiding women through deep, root-cause healing. I studied Nutritional Sciences at Boston University and earned my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from NYU, completing over 1,200 hours of clinical training at Montefiore Medical Center. I’ve worked in acute care at Lenox Hill Hospital, collaborated with wellness companies around the world—from Boston to Shanghai—and trained with the Institute for Functional Medicine to go deeper into the why behind symptoms.
But it was my own health collapse—chronic fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and undiagnosed mercury toxicity—that led me beyond conventional tools. Through that experience, I began to see the body not just as a system to fix, but as a sacred portal for transformation.
My mission? To help women level up their healing journey, integrating the latest science in Functional Medicine with Herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. My approach centers on holistic healing, addressing the root cause and promoting deep, lasting healing transformations.
