I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a significant focus on sports performance and working with athletes, helping clients optimize fueling, recovery, performance, and their relationship with food. I am also deeply committed to providing specialized, compassionate care for individuals navigating eating disorders and am actively pursuing my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) certification, including advanced training and supervision in evidence-based eating disorder care.
My approach is highly individualized and whole-person centered, considering the many factors that influence health, including nutrition, lifestyle, genetics, environment, and emotional well-being. I integrate evidence-based nutrition therapy with traditional and functional approaches when appropriate, while recognizing that food can carry personal, cultural, and emotional meaning. My goal is to help clients better understand their bodies, challenge limiting beliefs around food and health, and develop sustainable behaviors that allow them to fuel their full potential.
My practice is an affirming, inclusive space where all people and all bodies are welcome, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Care is collaborative rather than prescriptive, with an emphasis on helping each client feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical strategies that fit their individual needs, goals, and life.
My approach to nutrition care is individualized, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe nutrition should support your life—not become another source of stress or rigid rules. Together, we’ll consider your health, lifestyle, relationship with food, and personal goals to create a realistic plan. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and confident in nourishing your body in a way that is sustainable and works for you.
