Alyssa Kraushar, RD
Background
I started off with just using my research and education to better perform as a college athlete and then it transformed into wanting to help others achieve the same results as I did. I completed my Master’s in Nutrition before I went on to complete my internship to become an RDN. I have worked in many different areas as well as all age groups. My biggest passion lies with those that have a negative relationship with food and those that have a limited knowledge of what food can do for us as humans.
A little about me, I grew up in southern Arizona but I had the privilege of receiving a athletic scholarship for basketball in Wyoming. Since then, I have lived in Arkansas, Colorado, and now Texas. I like to spend my free time with my 2 dogs, at the beach, or at the gym (yoga and strength training).
