I am a registered dietitian with over seven years of experience helping individuals navigate a wide range of nutrition concerns, from eating disorders to weight management and chronic health conditions. I have worked with clients struggling with anorexia, bulimia, OSFED, and ARFID, as well as those seeking support for obesity, diabetes, heart health, and other metabolic conditions.
My background includes working in both outpatient and medical settings, where I collaborated closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to support clients with complex and overlapping needs. This experience allows me to understand how nutrition fits into the bigger picture of physical health, mental wellbeing, and everyday life.
I am currently pursuing advanced specialization as a certified eating disorder specialist and continue to expand my training to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care. I enjoy working with clients at all stages of their journey—whether they are rebuilding their relationship with food, managing a medical condition, or looking for sustainable support to improve their health and confidence.
