Xyomara Beltran, RDN, MA, CHES, LDN, MBA, CPC is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 21 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Professional Coach. She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech and completed her Dietetic Internship at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Additionally, she completed a Master of Arts in Health Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Healthcare Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Miami. She is a Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC). Xyomara is developing her knowledge in Functional Medicine, Nutrigenetics, and Nutrigenomics to become a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP) and is working towards becoming a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner (Master NLP). Xyomara's private sessions will help clients experience an increased awareness of behavioral patterns that get in the way of their health goals. She believes in the power of practicing mindfulness and intuitive eating as tools to improve her client's relationship with food, increase awareness around eating and as a way to avoid feelings of guilt when eating foods they enjoy. Xyomara became a dietitian to help her clients feel empowered to achieve their health goals, improve their relationship with food, and live more fulfilling lives. In her spare time, Xyomara practices yoga, enjoys cycling, and spends time with her family, friends, and dog, Nylo, who she all loves dearly. Spiritual and personal development is an ongoing passion for Xyomara.
