I'm a registered dietitian who graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Dietetics and completed my dietetic internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. I have a strong background in both eating disorders and sports nutrition, with years of experience supporting individuals in these areas. I'm passionate about helping others cultivate a healthy, balanced relationship with food, their body, and movement through a compassionate, individualized approach. Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, and I’m always looking for new coffee shops ;)
