I earned my Master’s in Dietetics and Nutrition at Florida International University and have spent the past five years working as a clinical dietitian, primarily supporting adults with gastrointestinal issues and chronic conditions. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the complex relationship between food, health, and healing.
My focus areas include gastrointestinal conditions, intuitive eating, disordered eating recovery, and chronic disease management. I have experience working with a wide range of clients and am especially passionate about helping people break free from diet culture and feel more connected to their bodies. If you’re looking for guidance that blends clinical knowledge with real-life strategies, we may be a great fit.
Outside of my work as a dietitian, I love spending time in the kitchen, exploring local food spots, and getting messy with my hands (like painting and making ceramics!). I became a dietitian because I believe in the power of food—not just to nourish, but to connect, comfort, and heal!
