I’m Madison, a registered dietitian dedicated to helping individuals feel their best through practical, evidence-based nutrition. My approach is supportive and realistic—together, we’ll build a plan that fits your lifestyle while moving you closer to your goals.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from NC State University, my master’s degree in Nutrition from Meredith College, and completed my dietetic internship at Lenoir-Rhyne University. These experiences gave me a strong foundation across clinical, community, and sports nutrition, allowing me to guide clients with a well-rounded perspective.

My primary focus areas are weight management, sports nutrition, and general nutrition for everyday health. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve energy and performance, or simply feel more confident in your daily eating habits, I’ll provide the tools, structure, and encouragement you need to succeed.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, lifting weights, running, and spending time outdoors in South Carolina. I also love cooking and experimenting with recipes that make healthy eating enjoyable and sustainable.

I became a dietitian because I believe nutrition is one of the most powerful tools for transformation—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. My mission is to help you create lasting changes that bring balance, confidence, and better health into your life.
