We’ll set realistic goals together, and each session will build on the last to move you closer to your health and wellness vision.

I specialize in pediatrics, pregnancy/postpartum, family nutrition, chronic disease management (diabetes or heart disease), oncology, and general nutrition. If you’re looking for a dietitian who blends evidence-based guidance with practical, personalized strategies, we might be a great fit. I especially enjoy helping clients who feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice find clarity and calm around food again.

I received a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh and am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 13 years of experience in clinical and private practice settings. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with diverse populations learning as much from my patients as they do from me. My approach is rooted in both science and compassion, and I stay up to date with the latest research to offer the best care possible.

Outside of work, I’m a parent to a 4 year old former preemie and cancer warrior. She’s the strongest kiddo I know! I love cooking, reading, watching Pittsburgh sports, and camping with my husband, daughter and dog. We also recently got a new kitten and she keeps us on our toes.

I became a dietitian because I believe food is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing and connection—but it can also be a source of stress and confusion. I started my private practice to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported in their nutrition journeys.
