I have been conducting one-on-one nutrition counseling, nutrition workshops, and fitness training sessions for over 20 years. I have a wide range of experience but have focused more on sports nutrition, women’s health and fitness including pre/post natal nutrition and menopause, health conditions/disease management and prevention, eating disorders, positive body image, and weight management. I have been working as a dietitian and trainer at Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago for 16 years.
