I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Intuitive Eating Specialist and Nutrition Therapist. I help people build a more positive relationship and understanding about their bodies and food and nutrition. I love to educate people. I also love to get the whole family on board, so that everyone is on the same page. I am your coach and guide throughout the entire process and all sessions are confidential. I can see you in my office or virtually. I have many years of experience as a Dietitian as well as working with Eating Disorders.

My specialties are working with all eating disorders of all ages. I also specialize with women who have PCOS and other hormone related issues. I also see clients that struggle with gastrointestinal issues, diabetes and other clinical issues. I have a Health at Every Size approach.
