Catherine is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She holds a B.S. in Psychobiology from UCLA and an M.S. in Nutrition Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. After completing her dietetic internship at UCSF Medical Center, she gained over four years of experience as a clinical dietitian at Stanford Health Care, specializing in lung transplant, cystic fibrosis, and endocrinology.
Catherine empowers clients to achieve sustainable health goals through tailored behavior change strategies, considering their social, cultural, and environmental contexts. She specializes in diabetes, gender-affirming hormone therapy, PCOS, gastrointestinal conditions, and disordered eating. Catherine trained in the FODMAP diet for IBS at Monash University and completed an Intermediate Nutrition Traineeship in eating disorders through the LEAH Program at UCSF. She is dedicated to providing equitable and culturally competent care.
