With nearly 20 years in healthcare, I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RD, LD) and Integrative Functional Nutrition Provider (IFNCP) passionate about using food as medicine. I specialize in anti-inflammatory nutrition, helping people improve gut health, balance hormones, reduce inflammation, and feel their best—without extreme diets or quick fixes. My approach blends science-based strategies with practical, real-life solutions you can stick with long term.

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my husband, Chris, for over six years and am a proud boy mom to Eli (17), Max (15), and Abram (10). I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health and Sport Studies from Miami University of Ohio, completed my dietetic internship at the IU School of Medicine, and hold a functional nutrition certification from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
