Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian and culinary-trained chef with over 12 years of experience in the food and nutrition field. My journey began in the kitchen—working in high-end restaurants and later transitioning to personalized meal prep for individuals with chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disorders. I eventually pursued my passion for nutrition through a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, and I’ve now spent more than 5 years as a dietitian in hospital settings.
Clients who work with me can expect a highly personalized, food-first approach to nutrition. I believe that every individual is unique and responds to food differently. My role is to help you find what works best for your body and lifestyle, while making the process enjoyable, practical, and sustainable. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or simply looking to feel better through food, I’ll meet you where you are—without judgment—and help you build a plan that fits your daily routine, preferences, and cultural needs.
My current work includes developing and adjusting therapeutic hospital menus for over 200 patients. I create balanced, heart-healthy menus that are tailored for various dietary needs, including diabetes, renal disease, and dysphagia, all while ensuring they’re both nutritious and enjoyable to eat. My experience also includes mentoring dietetic interns, managing food service operations, and leading quality improvement initiatives—all of which have sharpened my skills in both patient care and team collaboration.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition, an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts and am certified in food safety (SERVSAFE). When I’m not working with clients or managing hospital nutrition programs, I love experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I’m an avid runner, enjoy fishing and outdoor activities, and I’m always up for watching a good baseball game when I’m taking it easy.
My drive to become a Registered Dietitian came from a deep desire to combine my culinary background with evidence-based nutrition to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help others heal, thrive, and find joy in food again—and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
