With a masters degree in nutrition, I have a passion for helping individuals build a healthier and more balanced relationship with food. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with compassion, and individualized counseling while always considering the full picture of each client's life, culture, preferences and goals.
My journey into the field of Dietetics began with my own struggles with food and nutrition. Understanding that nutrition plays such a crucial role in both physical and mental health has inspired me to help others overcome nutrition barriers and navigate their own health journeys.
I believe food is deeply personal and should be nourishing- not just nutritionally but emotionally and socially. That's why I emphasize intuitive eating, mindful habits, and long-term lifestyle shifts instead of quick fixes.
In every session, my goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported and equipped with the tools needed to thrive!
"As a Registered Dietitian, my counseling approach is rooted in personalization, evidence-based guidance and empathy. I don't believe in a one-size fits all solution but instead takes the time to understand one's unique health history, lifestyle and personal goals. This helps me create realistic and sustainable nutrition plans that align with their lives. I focus heavily on helping clients build a healthy and positive relationship with food and moving away from diet culture."
