Background

Nutrition has been a core part of my life since I was a teenager—what began as an interest grew into a lifelong passion to help others through some of their most challenging health journeys. For the past 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of working on the front lines as a Registered Dietitian, supporting patients and families during times of illness, recovery, and transition.

In the hospital setting, I routinely work with patients who are:

-Recovering from heart attacks or strokes;

-Newly diagnosed with diabetes;

-Managing End Stage Renal Disease with or without dialysis;

-Malnourished and continue to require repeated hospitalizations;

-Recovering from surgery and learning to adapt to new ways of eating;

-Managing wounds or pressure injuries that are slow to heal;

-Undergoing cancer treatment and struggling to maintain weight;

-Living with dementia or cognitive deficits and experiencing difficulties with eating;

-Requiring tube feeding or TPN;

-Healing from accidents that caused spinal cord injuries and long-term complications.

If you or a loved one are transitioning home after hospitalization and need evidence-based nutrition guidance to continue your recovery, I can help. My goal is to extend the care you began in the hospital—empowering you with the tools and knowledge to manage short-term challenges or chronic conditions.

Over the course of my career, I’ve been fortunate to help thousands of patients receive the high-quality nutrition education they deserve. If you feel you need extra support to regain strength, improve health, and move forward, please reach out—I’d be honored to help you on your journey.
