I am a registered dietitian with a deep commitment to supporting individuals healing from eating disorders and disordered eating through a compassionate, person-centered approach. My practice is rooted in the belief that every client brings a unique story, and I aim to create a safe, respectful space where nutritional care is collaborative, individualized, and attuned to each person’s needs, values, and lived experience.
With specialized training and experience in evidence-based modalities, I integrate Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (CBT-AR), and traditional nutrition counseling methods. This allows me to flexibly support clients across the spectrum of eating disorders—including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and OSFED—as well as those struggling with chronic dieting, body image concerns, or a disordered relationship with food.
Whether working with individuals, families, or treatment teams, my goal is to support sustainable recovery by fostering nourishment, trust in the body, and a positive relationship with food—without judgment or shame.
