Background

I am a Registered Dietitian with over 8 years of experience, primarily focused on nutrition counseling. I’m passionate about empowering others to take charge of their health and achieve their goals in a way that feels sustainable and personalized. While well-versed in general nutrition, I specialize in gut health, building a healthy relationship with food, and managing blood sugar levels.

Our work together will begin with a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, and goals. In our first session, I’ll complete a detailed nutrition assessment to understand your unique needs and challenges. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your life—not the other way around. In our follow-up sessions, we’ll focus on building sustainable habits, setting goals that feel realistic, and checking in on what’s working (and what’s not). You’ll leave each session with a clear strategy, renewed motivation, and support to keep moving forward.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid rules. My approach is rooted in making gradual, meaningful changes that build a foundation for lifelong health. Along the way, I’ll provide education and guidance when helpful, but the real work is in helping you develop the tools, confidence, and clarity to make informed decisions and listen to your body’s cues.

I’ve always been fascinated by how food fuels the body, which naturally led me to pursue a path in nutrition. My goal has always been to promote wellness and prevent disease, but my focus deepened through personal experience. As a competitive dancer, I gained an early and intimate understanding of how a negative relationship with food can impact both physical and mental well-being. That, combined with a long history of gut health issues and chronic GI symptoms, shaped my perspective. My journey taught me that healing is not linear and requires patience, self-compassion, and a willingness to listen to your body. These experiences now fuel my passion for helping others find clarity, balance, and confidence in their own nutrition journeys

Offline, you can find me teaching yoga at my local studio, cooking or baking in my kitchen, or walking my dog, Levi. My love of food has taken me all over the world, blending two of my greatest passions—food and travel. I believe the best way to truly experience a culture is through its cuisine, and I’m always eager to explore new flavors, traditions, and stories through the meals I share.
