Background

When it comes to nutrition, the journey can be daunting. But it doesn't have to be. I believe in a personal, approachable, and empowering process that helps you build lasting habits without guilt or confusion.

My educational journey began with my BS in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado. My education continued with my MS in Nutrition, including a dietetic internship, at Saint Elizabeth University. I have experience with non-diet approaches such as Health at Every Size, intuitive eating, and mindful eating—always recognizing that every individual's journey is different.

My work has included supporting clients with weight management and diabetes, including those using GLP-1 medications. I'm especially passionate about healthy aging, chronic disease management, and helping people feel more confident in their relationship with food. Whether you're adjusting your nutrition for medical reasons or aiming for lasting balanced habits, I'll meet you where you are. I bring evidence-based guidance, empathy, and collaboration to every session.

Outside work, I enjoy exploring new teas, embracing the outdoors, and sharing laughter with friends and family. I became a dietitian to help people navigate the maze of conflicting nutrition advice and discover what truly works for them. If you're feeling lost or unsure where to begin, remember you're not alone. I'm here to help.

By meeting you where you are, setting realistic goals that are achievable and sustainable, and sharing a bit of humor along the way, together, we'll create changes that fit your life. You can expect open communication, compassionate support, and empowerment to enjoy food guilt-free and truly thrive."
