Background

I truly believe in the power of nutrition to help us feel our best every day. I became a Registered Dietitian because I wanted to help others feel well, tackle more in their daily lives, and reach their full potential. Holding the belief that food can heal, nourish, and restore, my mission is simple: to help you feel better—and empower you to thrive.

I know firsthand how hard life can be when you’re not feeling your best. Even everyday tasks can feel overwhelming, let alone doing the things you love. As a dietitian, my goal is to support you in feeling better—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so you can (as corny as it sounds) live life to the fullest.

You can expect personalized, comprehensive, and straight-to-the-point nutrition counseling tailored to your unique needs. My approach combines holistic assessment with evidence-based practice, blending the whole-body approach of Eastern medicine with the data-driven rigor of Western science. We’ll look at the full picture, not just isolated symptoms—to uncover the root of what’s going on and create a plan that works for you.

My clinical training includes experiences at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Harvard Medical School, where I worked with both adult and adolescent populations across a range of health conditions. I currently work as a nutrition consultant for Nutrition That Works and bring diverse experience in clinical and private practice settings.

When working with me, you can expect empathy, professionalism, accountability—and a true partner in your wellness journey. I don’t expect perfection, just honesty and openness. My goal is to be your collaborator, your problem-solver, and your biggest cheerleader.

Outside of work, I love traveling the world, photographing new places, and baking delicious desserts (yes, there's always room for joy in food!).
