I am a registered dietitian with more than 20 years of clinical and teaching experience. I help adults manage weight, diabetes, prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, GLP-1 medication, nutrition support, and digestive issues using practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies.
My counseling style is supportive, clear, and realistic. I do not believe nutrition care should feel overwhelming or judgmental. I work with clients to understand their health history, lab values, food habits, culture, schedule, stress level, and budget so we can create a plan that fits real life.
Clients come to me when they feel confused by conflicting nutrition advice, frustrated with weight changes, newly diagnosed with prediabetes or diabetes, managing cholesterol or blood pressure concerns, or trying to eat better while taking medications such as GLP-1s. I focus on small, structured changes that improve confidence, consistency, and long-term health.
In our sessions, we may review your usual meals, labs, medications, symptoms, cravings, grocery habits, meal timing, protein and fiber intake, and barriers to follow-through. You can expect clear education, practical meal ideas, accountability, and a plan that respects your food preferences and lifestyle.
I provide evidence-based, practical nutrition care that fits each client’s health needs, lifestyle, culture, schedule, and goals. My approach is supportive, nonjudgmental, and realistic. I focus on helping clients build confidence, understand their nutrition choices, and make sustainable changes that improve long-term health. My goal is to make nutrition clear, practical, and sustainable. You will leave each session with a realistic plan, not a list of rules.
