I received both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in nutrition and dietetics at Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, MO while running Track & Field and Cross Country for the school. During my education I worked for community-based organizations and developed a love for the ways that food connects us. I have worked with highly vulnerable patients in the non-profit setting and worked in employee wellness in a university setting where I focused on providing a holistic approach to stress, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, work-life balance, nutrition, and physical activity. I have also spent 4 years working at a federally qualified health center (FQHC) working as an outpatient dietitian where I developed an affinity for prenatal/postpartum care as well as eating disorders. I am now working with eating disorders and disordered eating primarily and my priority is to build a healthy relationship with food and bodies with all of my clients.
change. I believe in a person-centered approach, which utilizes the individual’s life experiences and knowledge to promote self-efficacy and body trust.
"I focus on body image acceptance and building a positive relationship with food and movement. I aim to provide a safe place for you to explore your needs and how best to meet them using an intuitive eating approach, HAES-aligned and anti-diet. As our bodies change in different stages of life, I strive to help you deepen your compassion and see the strength in your body at every stage."
