I have been a practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 20 years. I received a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from New York Medical College and am also a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. Eight years ago I completed advanced training to become certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. This training has put an inquisitive lens into every consultation I do. I look to find the root cause of a client's imbalance and work with them to find actionable solutions.
I empower clients to transform their health through nutrient-dense foods that optimize hormone balance and metabolism. I teach sustainable shopping habits, easy-to-follow cooking techniques, and how to use food as medicine. I believe in meeting every client wherever they are in their health journey to develop personalized plans based on their unique needs, goals and preferences.
Whether you are struggling with a chronic health condition, GI issues, menopausal symptoms or looking to improve your athletic performance I can help you achieve your goals through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored specifically for you. The key to success lies in finding a plan that is sustainable and enjoyable for you!
"I take a food first approach with my clients. Food and its ability to nourish and unite us has always been a central theme in my life. While earning credentialing in integrative and functional nutrition I came to understand how powerful our food choices can be. The choices we make on a daily basis have the power to profoundly impact our health and well being. I strive to meet every client where they are and help them to implement doable changes to restore balance and feeling their best."
